Car Number One.

It was the middle of July 1997 when I discovered the Dream Cruise Cars were delivered to the Metro Detriot Area Ford Dealers. I told Dorothy that this car was really cool and that if I found car number one that I had to buy it.

Well not expecting to ever see car number one much less buy it, My son Tony Scott found the car.

It all happened one evening when we was cruising to Mount Clemens Cruise Night in a 1980 Corvette, We passed Dorian Ford on Gratiot Ave. and Tony Scott said Dad that Ford Dealer back there had two Dream Cruise Mustangs sitting beside the building. So I made a U Turn and Dorothy and Tony Scott got out of the Vette and walked up to the Mustangs, In an instant Tony Scott comes running back to the car holding up his index finger saying I found Car Number one now you gotta buy it, At that time he was 12 years old so I told Dorothy we can't dissappoint the kid we gotta buy it. (HA HA)

So the next morning Tony Scott and I was at the dealer waiting for it to open and the car just happened to still be for sale. I know your wondering how we got 3 people in a vette, Tony Scott sat on the arm rest and was seat belted in with A seat belt that I installed in the car. Needless to say the Vette had to go so we put it up for sale a few days later after taking delivery of car number one. Gee I sure won't miss that Vette. I guess you can say we are a family of fine cars, Tony Scott Owns A 1987 Mclaren and A 1998 Mustang GT and Dorothy Owns A 2006 Mustang. Also we have A 1931 Ford 5 Window Coupe.
